Prasantha Devulapalli, the Founder & CEO of Coral Swans International is a social entrepreneur who believes in the empowerment of women and minorities. With an MBM from BI Norwegian School of Management, Prasantha is highly skilled in Negotiations, Administration, Healthcare Management, Strategy, and Business Development. Besides being a 2X founder, she has extensive professional experience in Managerial positions at different organizations including Norfund, NAV, Ringerike Kommune, and Hammerfest Hospital in Norway. Prasantha lived in different parts of the world which accumulated a deep understanding of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Her experience of studying and working within multicultural settings taught her the importance of nurturing and including diverse talents for an equitable world. This is why she conceived the idea of founding the organization, Coral Swans International, which works towards including diverse talents in various initiatives and empower them, especially female social entrepreneurs from multicultural backgrounds, through offering required training and financial support.
